Dr. Sergei Goncharenko
Chairman, Committee of Senior Officials, BSEC Organisation, Chairman of ICBSS
Dr. Sergei Goncharenko is Deputy Director of the Department of Economic Cooperation in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation; Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the Committee of Senior Officials of the BSEC Organisation and Chairman of the International Centre for Black Sea Studies (ICBSS). He holds a PhD in History of International Relations. Currently, Dr. Goncharenko is the Chairman of the Russian BSEC Chairmanship –in-Office of the BSEC Organisation.
